As 
assigns the Phonebook number automatically, this cannot be changed by the user.
The maximum length of a Phonebook entry Name is 128 characters.
Phonebook entry Encoder profile
- selects the Encoder profile. For more info about Profiles see Expert/Profiles.
Note:
When encoder profile list has got the focus and the short cut key ‘s’ is pressed then the refering selected profile is displayed.
Phonebook entry Decoder profile
- selects the Decoder profile. For more info about Profiles see Expert/Profiles.
Note:
When decoder profile list has got the focus and the short cut key ‘s’ is pressed then the refering selected profile is displayed.
- selects the interface used by the Phonebook entry.
Possible values are:

| • | X.21/V.35 or |
| • | IP or |
| • | Loop |
Phonebook entry number/port/ip address
This is context-sensitive to the selected interface:-
| • | ISDN: you can enter up to eight ISDN number |
| • | X.21V.35: you can set the port to either 1 or 2; Connecting Port 1: Enter 1 at Port 1 Connecting Port 2: Enter 2 at Port 2 Connecting Port 1 and 2 : Enter 1 at Port 1 and 2 at Port 2 |
| • | IP: you can enter an IP address, and choose between RTP, UDP, TCP, SDP, RTSP and SIP. |
Note:

Note 2:
If UDP or RTP is selected then right mouse clicking on #1 edit field opens a pop up menu which enables you to select if encoder, decoder or both gets connected (default).
All entries becomes valid by clicking the OK-button.
