The
Definition of a A ‘hot key’ is a button to which the user can assign a ‘special’ function - such as:
Furthermore, you can assign a ‘comment’ to each hot key. A ‘comment’ is a short description of its functionality. The maximum length of a comment is 256 characters. The comment is displayed when the user moves the mouse over it. Assigning a function and a comment to a hot key is described at Expert/Options on the hot key topic.
Note: As all hot key commands and comments are written to the Windows Registry - at <HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mayah Communications\ the hot key assignments and comments can easily be copied from one PC to another.
