Totally, we offer four different levels of service and support:

a)  a service & support contract with clear and guaranteed conditions,
b)  an extended version of the service & support contract with longer warrenty periods,
c)  a pay per call possibility and
d)  Our free classical ticket support system with no guaranteed response time.

a) Service and Support Contract

MAYAH offers a service and support contract with excellent support conditions taylored to your  situation, regardless if workflow or  live broadcast relevant. For further information simply contact us at support@mayah.com for more details.

The Service and Support Contract offers the following services:

- Guaranteed response time
- Rental gear
- An RMA cycle  of maximum 7 working days
- Special upgrade prices
- Service hotline (landline rates)
- Live technical remote support

b) Service and Support Contract featuring extended warrenty

MAYAH also offers the  service and support contract with extended warrenty for your MAYAH devices. Contact us at support@mayah.com for more information.

The Service and Support Contract with extended warrenty periods features the following services:

- Guaranteed response time
- Rental gear
- An RMA cycle  of maximum 7 working days
- Special upgrade prices
- Service hotline (landline rates)
- Live technical remote support
- Up to 60 months (5 years) optional extended warrenty

c) Pay per call

MAYAH offers a pay per call service (only available for customers calling from Germany).This Service will give you immediate First Level Support for your MAYAH Devices. The service hotline will be set up shortly.

d) Ticket-Support-System (Mantis)

MANTIS our free support ticket system remains available for your technical issues, operated by our highly qualified support engineers to provide solutions without guaranteed reaction time.
