The Service and Support Contract with extended warrenty periods features the following services: - Guaranteed response time MAYAH offers a pay per call service (only available for customers calling from Germany).This Service will give you immediate First Level Support for your MAYAH Devices. The service hotline will be set up shortly. d) Ticket-Support-System (Mantis) MANTIS our free support ticket system remains available for your technical issues, operated by our highly qualified support engineers to provide solutions without guaranteed reaction time.
